That's right within one year if the over a century aged building isn't bought and fixed up with a minimum price tag of $5 Million Dollars the City of Augusta will tear it down. From a mountain of Toxic pigeon Stool in the Basement to no roof, this enviormental hazzard on the Kennebec River needs to ship up or ship out.
